Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother Anmol Bishnoi has been taken into police custody in California, US, according to sources.
Intelligence sources said that a non-bailable warrant was issued against Anmol earlier this month.
This came weeks after the Mumbai Police Crime Branch initiated the process for the extradition of Anmol Bishnoi, who is wanted in the NCP leader Baba Siddique murder case and firing at actor Salman Khan’s Bandra residence.
Anmol faces two cases registered by the Investigation Agency (NIA) and 18 other criminal cases. Mumbai Police moved the court seeking his extradition.
Recently, the NIA announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh for the person providing information that will lead to the arrest of Anmol Bishnoi.
