Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at the BJP headquarters in Delhi on Tuesday after BJP registered a thumping victory in the Haryana Assembly elections 2024.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, set to address the nation shortly, arrived at the BJP headquarters in Delhi on Tuesday after BJP registered a thumping victory in the Haryana Assembly elections 2024. The Prime Minister also greeted the party workers and leaders as he entered the premises.
Defying exit polls prediction, the BJP bagged 48 seats, paving the way for a record third consecutive term in Haryana. The Congress, on the other hand, won 37 seats in the 90-member Legislative Assembly.
Haryana, which held single-phase voting on October 5, recorded an impressive voter turnout of 67.90% across 90 assembly constituencies in 22 districts. Key players in this electoral battle include the BJP, Congress, Aam Aadmi Party, INLD-BSP, and the JJP-Azad Samaj Party.
