PM Modi in Kyiv arrived on Friday after a nearly seven-hour journey and is set to engage in discussions with Zelenskyy amid Kyiv's renewed military operations against Russian territory

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was warmly received with a hug by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the Martyrologist Exposition in Kyiv on Friday.

This marks the first visit by an Indian Prime Minister to Ukraine. Modi arrived on Friday after a nearly seven-hour journey and is set to engage in discussions with Zelenskyy amid Kyiv’s renewed military operations against Russian territory.

During his visit, PM Modi will participate in both one-on-one and delegation-level talks with Zelenskyy, aiming to explore avenues for a negotiated resolution to the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
