 PM Modi Takes on Karnataka Govt, Says Congress 'Ko Mirchi Lagi'

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during an election rally in Rajasthan, hit out at the Karnataka government over the incident of a shopkeeper being brutally beaten for playing Hanuman Chalisa at his shop. He also reiterated that the Congress manifesto promised redistribution of wealth among ‘infiltrators’. PM Modi added that after his speech, “Congress ko mirchi lag gayi” (sarcastic way of saying that they were offended).
