ACC Ltd. on Thursday, April 24, reported its highest-ever sales volume for the quarter at 11.9 mt, a growth of 14% year-on-year (YoY).
The company clocked a revenue of ₹5,948.5 crore during the January to March quarter. The revenue in the fourth quarter of FY25 was 12% higher than ₹5,306 crore in the same quarter in the preceding financial year. The revenue was driven by higher trade sales volume and premium product.
The cement maker’s net profit fell 1.7% on-year to ₹735 crore as compared to ₹748.5 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
ACC's EBITDA or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) was flat on a year-on-year basis at ₹740.4 crore, and margin contracted 160 basis points to 12.4%.
Higher volume along with improved operational parameters resulted in growth in all business parameters.
The Board of ACC Ltd has recommended a dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share of face value of ₹10 each for the financial year 2024-25.
Record date for the same has been fixed as June 13, 2025. The said dividend will be paid on or after July 1, 2025.
Following the earnings announcement, shares of ACC Ltd. were trading 2.47% higher at ₹2,102.50.
