Apple is planning for a week-long launch event with multiple products expected.

Apple is going to start March 2026 with not one but multiple and the company’s chief has teased the event to get everyone excited. Apple is tipped to go for a week-long launch spree which is expected to bring more options for buyers across some new price range. The post from Cook doesn’t say much but even you kind of get the angle of the week starting March 2 for the Apple launch.

The post on X from Cook gives you a teaser of a supposed new MacBook variant, which could either be the M5 version of MacBook Air or the much awaited budget MacBook model.

Apple March 2026 Launch Plans

Apple was highly rumoured to launch the iPhone 17e on February 19 but that did not happen. So not only we might see the new affordable iPhone 17 version, there could be a few more additions, including the new iPad Air, MacBook Air and the MacBook model that everyone says could break the Windows market.

The fact that his post says week ahead suggests the launch bonanza won’t end on Monday and we could see the company use each day to announce a new product. This won’t be the first time that this has happened, and we saw this from Apple with MacBook launches in October last year. The budget MacBook is likely to be the highlight of the week-long event and going by the rumours we can see why.

The company’s MacBook lineup has seen its price go up in the same fashion as the iPhone in the last few years but Apple could pull an ‘iPhone 16e’ in its MacBook universe and get more people to sign up and experience the Mac ecosystem without burning a deep hole in the pocket.

The premium MacBook and iPad models continue to have a place in the lineup as well as in the market but Apple needs something different and this budget MacBook (even with a lot of limitations) could end up opening up new segments for the company.

Some reports say this model will be priced around $599 (Rs 54,100 approx) which should be the right way to go, but knowing Apple and its premium focus, even for the supposed budget variants, we expect the model to launch for $699 (Rs 63,100 approx).
