Balkrishna Industries Ltd on Friday, October 31, reported a 21.3% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit to ₹273 crore for the second quarter of FY26, compared to ₹347 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue slipped 1.1% to ₹2,393 crore from ₹2,419 crore a year ago, while EBITDA dropped 11.7% to ₹511.6 crore from ₹579.4 crore.
The operating margin narrowed to 21.4% from 24% in the corresponding period last year.
The board also declared a second interim dividend of ₹4 per equity share (200%) on shares of ₹2 face value for FY2025-26. The dividend will be credited or dispatched within 30 days from the date of declaration to shareholders on record as of November 7, 2025, according to the exchange filing.
The company added that all previously announced capital expenditure projects are progressing as per schedule.
Shares of Balkrishna Industries Ltd ended lower on Friday, October 31, by 1.77% at ₹2,285.50 on the NSE.
