Shares of cooling solutions product manufacturer Blue Star Ltd. fell as much as 4% on Thursday, August 6, after the company reported results that were below analyst expectations.
Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹3,378 crore, a growth of 13.3% from the same quarter last year. However, the figure was below the CNBC-TV18 poll expectation of ₹3,547 crore.
Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter stood at ₹175 crore, down 12% from the year-ago period, and well below the CNBC-TV18 poll expectation of ₹247 crore.

Shares of Blue Star are trading 2.8% lower after the results announcement on Thursday at ₹1,618.2. The stock is down 9% so far this year.
