Anthropic's Claude AI chatbot outage is affecting thousands of users across different regions making the AI tools unusable.

Anthropic’s AI chatbot Claude has faced massive traffic in the last few hours and this seems to have caused a big outage at the AI company which has been reported by thousands of users across regions on Tuesday. Most of the issues have been reported with Claude AI chatbot, the Claude app on mobile and even the web version.

Over 3,500 user complaints recorded by outage tracker platform, Downdetector confirms the issues, and people finding it hard to use the AI tools for their work and personal use. Even in India hundreds of users have issues accessing the AI chatbot from Anthropic with the majority of them highlighting the problem. 

More AI Chatbot Outages 

Anthropic has reported one outage less than 24 hours ago and the second seems like a bigger incident, especially when you have over 3,000 users reporting the down time.

The current status with the Claude official page says, “Elevated errors in claude.ai, cowork, platform, claude code." The company has also mentioned that it continues to investigate the issue and outage is now well past a few hours in various regions with no sign of the services being restored anytime soon.
