Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday tore into the Congress at a Maharashtra poll rally stating that if the grand old party is strengthened, the country will be weakened and helpless.
“Congress knows that the weaker the country, the stronger the party will be. And when the Congress will be strong, the country will become helpless. That’s why Congress pits different castes against each other," PM Modi said while addressing an election rally in Akola.
“The Congress did not let the SC-ST and OBC unite. They played different games and want them to fight among one another. They know that by doing this, their voice will be divided and their votes will also be divided which will pave a way for the Congress government," the Prime Minister reiterated.
