Crizac Ltd. is set to finalise the IPO share allotment status on Monday, July 7, after a stellar subscription of its public offer.
The ₹860-crore book-building initial public offering (IPO) was overall subscribed by a robust 59.82 times with bids for over 154.56 crore shares, compared to 2.58 crore shares on offer.
The mainboard IPO was open for subscription from July 2 to July 4.
The retail quota of the IPO was booked 10.24 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors’ (NIIs) category was subscribed massively by 76.15 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed the issue 134.35 times.
The IPO is entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) aimed at raising ₹860 crore by promoters Pinky Agarwal and Manish Agarwal. The total issue size stood at 3.51 crore shares.
The IPO price band was fixed at ₹233 to ₹245 per share. The lot size was fixed at 61 shares.
Crizac will not receive any proceeds from the issue and entire proceeds shall go to the selling shareholders.
The investors, who bid for the IPO shares, can check the allotment status online via the BSE, NSE and the official website of the issue registrar, MUFG Intime India Private Ltd (Link Intime).

· Visit the IPO allotment page on BSE website: https://www.bseindia.com/ static/investors/application_ statuschecksystem.aspx
· Select 'Equity' as the issue type
· Choose Crizac Ltd from the dropdown menu for issue names
· Enter your application number or PAN to proceed
· Click on Search to view your share allotment details
Steps to check Crizac IPO allotment on MUFG Intime India:
· Visit the link: https://in.mpms.mufg.com/ Initial_Offer/public-issues. html
· From the dropdown menu, select Crizac Ltd from the list of companies
· Select any one of the PAN, Application Number, DP/Client ID or Account Number/IFSC to view your allotment status
· Enter the required details
· Click on 'Submit' to check the allotment status
Investors can also check the IPO allotment status via the NSE website using their PAN and Application Number.
Credit of shares into the Demat account of successful bidders is slated to be done on Tuesday, July 8. The company will also initiate refunds for non-allottees on the same day. Shares of Crizac Ltd are scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on Wednesday, July 9.
