3M India Ltd., the Indian entity of the US-based 3M Co. on Wednesday, May 28, announced a final dividend of ₹160 per share. Along with the final dividend, the company has just declared a special dividend of ₹535 per share, taking the total payout to ₹695 per share.
The board of 3M India has fixed July 25, 2025, as the record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders for payment of the dividend. This dividend will be subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
The company has no history of a bonus or a stock split.
3M India is a manufacturer for products for the electronics, telecommunications, industrial, healthcare, safety and other markets.
Shares of 3M India fell over 1% post the dividend announcement to ₹29,755. The stock is still trading lower on a year-to-date basis.
