The initial public offering (IPO) of Fractal Analytics Ltd witnessed a decent investor interest on the last day of subscription on February 11. The mainboard issue was overall subscribed 2.66 times, led by the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs).
The IPO received bids for 4,94,79,888 shares compared to 1,85,79,360 shares on offer, as per the BSE data.
The QIBs booked their category 4.18 times, while the retail quota of the IPO was subscribed 1.03 times. The Non-Institutional Investors’ (NIIs) segment was also fully subscribed. The company’s employees booked their quota 0.61 times.
Following the end of the bidding period, Fractal Analytics is expected to finalise the share allotment status on February 12.

The Fractal Analytics IPO was a book-built issue worth ₹2,833.9 crore. The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 1.14 crore equity shares, worth ₹1,023 crore, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) portion of 2.01 crore shares, aggregating up to ₹1,810 crore. The price band for the issue was fixed at ₹857 to ₹900 per share.
The company has proposed to invest a portion of the IPO funds in its subsidiary, Fractal USA. IPO proceeds will also be used for repayment of borrowings of the subsidiary and purchase of laptops, establishment of new office premises, and sales and marketing. The remaining funds will be utilised for funding inorganic growth and general corporate purposes.
The book-running lead manager for the IPO is Kotak Mahindra Capital Co. Ltd, while MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd is the issue registrar.
The IPO bidders can check the share allotment status online through the websites of the NSE, BSE and MUFG Intime India.
Steps to check Fractal Analytics IPO allotment status on BSE
Go to the BSE allotment page at: https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx
Select ‘Equity’ next to the Issue Type field.
From the ‘Issue Name’ dropdown list, select Fractal Analytics Ltd.
Enter your Application Number or PAN.
Complete the captcha verification.
Finally, click on ‘Search’ to view allotment status.
How to check IPO allotment status on NSE
Go to the NSE IPO allotment page at: https://www.nseindia.com/invest/check-trades-bids-verify-ipo-bids
Select ‘Equity & SME IPO Bid details’.
Under ‘Select Symbol’, choose ‘FRACTAL’.
Enter your PAN No. and Application No.
Finally, select Submit to proceed.
Steps to check allotment status on MUFG Intime India
Open the MUFG Intime India IPO allotment page: https://in.mpms.mufg.com/Initial_Offer/public-issues.html
Select ‘Fractal Analytics Ltd’ from the dropdown list of company names.
Choose one of these options: PAN, Application Number or DP ID/Client ID.
Enter the details.
Click on ‘Submit’ to check your allotment status.
After finalisation of the IPO allotment status, Fractal Analytics is scheduled to process refunds and transfer shares to the Demat accounts on February 13.
Shares of Fractal Analytics are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on February 16.
