HDB Financial IPO Day 3 Live Updates: Bids are piling into HDB Financial Services on the final day of its ₹12,500 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO). Bidding closes in a few hours from now. On the final day, the issue has seen full subscription for the retail quota, while institutions are piling on the bids as well. While the portion reserved for institutional investors has now been subscribed 28x, the portion reserved for non-institutional investors has been subscribed close to 9.5x. Employees and existing shareholders of HDFC Bank had already seen full subscription on Thursday. HDB Financial has also become the third most-subscribed Indian IPO whose value is in excess of ₹10,000 crore, after Coal India (15x) and SBI Cards and Payment Services (26x). The overall subscription at the end of Day 2 stood at 1.16 times. Analysts maintained their "subscribe" recommendation on the issue, despite concerns over it being fully-priced in comparison to its peers.
