India on Wednesday conducted nine air strikes on terror camps inside Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, including Lashkar-e-Taiba's headquarters in Muridke and Jaish-e-Mohammed's base in Bahawalpur. This action is seen as retaliation against the recent terror attacks in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir in which 26 people were killed. The operation is being compared to the US strike in Abbottabad in 2011 in which Osama bin Laden was killed.
