IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd on Saturday (March 7) said the IRB Group reported toll revenue of ₹746 crore in February 2026, marking a year-on-year increase of around 22% from ₹614 crore recorded in February 2025. The group said the aggregate toll revenue across the three entities rose approximately 22% year-on-year during the month.
The toll collections include revenue generated by the group’s entities — IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited and its two sponsored InvITs, IRB Infrastructure Trust, a listed private InvIT, and IRB InvIT Fund, a listed public InvIT.
Of the total 24 toll assets, IRB MP Expressway in Maharashtra contributed the major share of ₹148.2 crore to the total revenue collection in February 2026, up from ₹140.9 crore a year ago. The newly added IRB Harihara Tollways (TOT 17) in Uttar Pradesh contributed its full month toll revenue of February 2026 at ₹
52.8 crore.

Contribution of IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway rose to ₹79.7 crore in February 2026 from ₹63.9 crore a year ago, which is the second largest in the total toll collection. With ₹73.7 crore, IRB Golconda Expressway (Hyderabad ORR) was the third largest contributor to the total revenue in February 2026, up from ₹
65.2 crore last year.
IRB is India's leading and largest private toll roads and highways concessionaire with an asset base of around ₹94,000 crore in 13 states, with a 44% share in awarded TOT space (Toll-Operate-Transfer), and around 16% share in the Golden Quadrilateral Project.
Amitabh Murarka, Deputy CEO of IRB Infra, said, "Robust traffic growth across our assets and the corresponding rise in toll revenue, including the full-month contribution from the newly added IRB Harihara Corridor (TOT-17), are encouraging.

Collection trends for TOT-17 are in line with our bid estimates. Toll collection growth has strengthened from about 15% last month to around 22% in the current month. With the likely commencement of tolling on another new TOT asset, we expect the upward momentum in toll revenues to continue in the coming months."
