US President Joe Biden reaffirmed support for Israel following recent attacks, stating, "At my direction, the US military actively supported the defense of Israel, and we are still assessing the impact," Biden said, adding, "Make no mistake, the US is fully supportive of Israel." US Vice President Kamala Harris condemned the attack, calling Iran a destabilizing force in the region. "I unequivocally condemn this attack. Iran is a dangerous force in the Middle East, and this assault only demonstrates that fact," Harris remarked. She further emphasized the US stance: "We will never hesitate to take whatever action is necessary to defend US forces and interests against Iran." Former US President Donald Trump weighed in, contrasting his administration’s Middle East policies with the current situation. "Iran had no money when I was in charge, a lot of money when I started, no money when I finished. Now they have 300 billion dollars from Iraq. Under my administration, we had no war in the Middle East," Trump noted.
