Days after the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) arrested terrorist Harpreet Singh, involved in attacks in Punjab, Director Kash Patel on Monday assured that justice will be done. Praising his team’s efforts, Patel said that the FBI Sacramento conducted the investigation in coordination with India.
“CAPTURED: HARPREET SINGH, part of an alleged foreign terrorist gang here illegally in the United States, who we believe was involved in planning multiple attacks on police stations both in India and the United States," Patel wrote on X.
FBI Sacramento conducted the investigation, coordinating with our partners locally as well as in India, the FBI Director said. “Excellent work from all, and justice will be done," Patel added.
He further assured that the FBI will continue to grab those who perpetrate violence, stating, “The FBI will continue finding those who perpetrate violence, no matter where they are."

Harpreet Singh Arrested
Absconding Babbar Khalsa-linked terrorist Harpreet Singh, alias Happy Passia, who is a accused in at least 14 terror attacks in Punjab, was arrested in the United States on April 18.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the US Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) apprehended Harpreet Singh. He was arrested in Sacramento, California, on Friday for his alleged links to two international terrorist organisations.
According to the FBI, Singh was wanted in connection with multiple terror attacks in Punjab, India. He is suspected of collaborating with Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and the Khalistani terrorist group Babbar Khalsa (BKI).
