The Rajya Sabha on Monday witnessed a massive uproar after Union Minister JP Nadda said that Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge has lost his “mental balance."
Speaking in the Upper House in Parliament during a special debate on Operation Sindoor, Nadda accused Kharge of using controversial words for Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
However, Nadda apologised to Kharge after upoar by opposition MPs.
“He (RS LoP Mallikarjun Kharge) is a very senior leader but the way in which he had commented on the PM…I can understand his pain. He (PM Modi) has been there since 11 years now. He happens to be the most popular leader of the world… But you have so much in love with your party that you are in so much pain having losing your mental balance use those words," the Leader of BJP Parliamentary Party in Rajya Sabha said.
