MHT CET 2024 PCM exams coincide with NEET UG exam: Revised schedule expected soon

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has rescheduled the Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test 2024. According to latest updates, the exams for Physics Chemistry Math (PCM) group that were scheduled for May 5, 2024, will not be held as per the schedule.

Earlier, in the previous week the CET Cell had announced changes to the MHT CET 2024 exams for Engineering, Nursing, LLB and other courses and released an updates schedule.

However, in a matter of few days the Maharashtra CET cell announced changes to the schedule, releasing an official statement- "All students and parents should note that MHT-CET (PCM Group) exam will not be conducted on 05-05-2024 as NEET – UG exam is on 05-05-2024.

Revised dates will be announced soon"

The Testing Agency (NTA) is scheduled to conduct the Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate Courses (NEET UG) 2024 on May 5, 2024. The application process for NEET 2024 concluded on March 16, with the correction window opening on March 18, 2024. Admit cards for NEET UG are expected to be released a few days before the exam, by the first week of May 2024.

Exam dates had previously been rescheduled to avoid conflict with the Lok Sabha elections. However, this time, the PCM exam has been rescheduled due to a conflict with the NEET UG exams. Admit cards for 2024 will be distributed 10 days before the exam date.
