Shares of tyre manufacturer MRF Ltd. recovered from the lows of the day to trade higher on Friday, November 14, after it announced results for the September quarter.
The company's net profit for the period grew by 12.3% from last year to ₹511.6 crore from ₹455 crore.
Revenue for the quarter increased to ₹7,249.6 crore, a 7.2% growth from last year's figure of ₹6,760.4 crore.
MRF's Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter grew by 12% from the year-ago quarter to ₹1,090 crore, while margins expanded by 60 basis points to 15% from 14.4% last year.
The board of MRF has also approved an interim dividend of ₹3 per share for the current financial year. Record date for this dividend payout has been fixed as November 21.
MRF will be paying this interim dividend to eligible shareholders on or after December 5, 2025.
Shares of MRF are off the lows of the day, currently trading at the flat line after the results announcement at ₹1,58,410. The stock has risen 22% so far in 2025.
