NBCC (India) Ltd on Tuesday, November 12, said it has bagged multiple orders, collectively worth ₹448.74 ac.
The company received the orders from GAIL, New India Assurance and principal chief commissioner of income tax, UP (West) and Uttarakhand, Kanpur.
The GAIL order, worth ₹50 crore, is for the planning, designing and execution of interior/fit out works at the company's office space across three floors in New Delhi.
The second order from New India Assurance, worth ₹136 crore, is for the demolition and design engineering, construction and furnishing of four buildings of the company in Andheri and Malad in Mumbai.
The last order, worth ₹262.74 crore is for the construction of Pratyaksha Kar Bhawan and residential complex, MSTU setup at Kheora Bangar in Kanpur (UP).
Last week, NBCC bagged a construction order worth ₹500 crore from the Bureau of Indian Standards.
As per the order, NBCC will construct buildings at BIS headquarters in New Delhi, central laboratory, Sahibabad, Institute of Training for standardisation, Noida, Northern Regional Laboratory, Mohali and Bangalore Branch Laboratory, Bengaluru.
On November 4, the company said its subsidiary Hindustan Steelworks Construction Ltd (HSCL) bagged work orders worth ₹65 crore in Bengaluru.
As per the order, Hindustan Steelworks Construction will undertake development work on Bank of Baroda’s commercial plot located at Financial City, Bengaluru Hardware Park. The project will be executed on a deposit work basis, according to the exchange filing.
NBCC (India) Ltd shares were up 1.43% at ₹95.9 apiece around 11.40 am on Tuesday, November 12. The stock has gained 75.65% this year, so far.
