NCC bags four orders totalling ₹710 crore

Construction firm NCC Limited announced on Friday, October 31, that it had received four orders worth 710 crore in addition to a major order contract worth 6828 crore disclosed last week. 


"The company has received four other orders totalling 710 crore excluding GST during the month of October 2025," the company said in a regulatory filing. This includes orders worth 590.9 crore pertaining to the buildings division and 119.1 crore about the company's transportation division.


However, client details or the duration for which the order will be executed are not mentioned in its exchange filing dated October 31. The company clarified that promoters or the promoter group do not have any interest in entities that placed the order, nor do they fall under Related Party Transactions.


The major order last week was placed by Central Coalfields Limited for coal and overburden extraction and transportation work at the Amrapali Opencast Project (OCP) in the Chandragupt Area of Jharkhand. NCC will execute the project over a total period of 2,915 days, comprising a 360-day development phase and a seven-year production period.


The project involves hiring heavy earth-moving machinery (HEMM) for removing 413.59 million cubic metres of overburden, extracting 233.325 million tonnes of coal, and transporting it to the Shivpur siding and surface stockyard. The scope of work also includes wagon loading of 139.995 million tonnes of coal at Shivpur siding.


Shares of NCC closed at 212.98 apiece, just 0.0047% lower than its opening price.
