Amid the ongoing India-US trade negotiations, US President Donald Trump made surprising remarks about PM Narendra Modi at the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEOs Summit in South Korea.
Trump recounted a past conversation with Modi about tensions between India and Pakistan. He described Modi as the “nicest looking guy" and “like a father," before adding, “He’s a killer, he’s as tough as hell."
