Donald Trump once again expressed his desire to absorb Canada into the United States and said that he would do it using "economic force". Justin Trudeau retorted to Trump's threat.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Tuesday (local time) sharply reacted to US President-elect Donald Trump’s threat to use “economic force" to merge Canada into the United States, and said that there is no “snowball’s chance in hell" of that happening.
“There isn’t a snowball’s chance in hell that Canada would become part of the United States," Trudeau posted on X.
“Workers and communities in both our countries benefit from being each other’s biggest trading and security partner," the Canadian PM added.
