Nothing has started 2025 on a busy note with the Phone 3a series coming out first and recently the CMF Phone 2 version. But now it is time for the big guns to roll out and the Nothing Phone 3 launch teasers suggest we could see it happen soon.
In fact, Nothing Co-Founder Carl Pei has shared some exciting updates about the latest Nothing premium phone which is going to feature in the flagship bracket, along with the likes of the OnePlus 13, Xiaomi 15 and even the iPhone 16 model. Pei even shared a blurred-out version of the upcoming Nothing Phone 3 model during the Android event this week. He even talked about what we can expect from the Phone 3 features, design and yes price as well.
Nothing Phone 3 Details, Price And More
The Nothing chief said the Phone 3 will be based on premium materials, major performance upgrades, and software that really levels things up. Going by these hints, we could see the Nothing Phone 3 powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite or the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 series chipset.
Design-wise, Nothing has always focused on some unique forms and we expect the Phone 3 to include further upgrades. In addition to these hints, Pei also told us that the Phone 3 will be priced, somewhere around GBP 800 which comes close to Rs 90,000 in India.
It is worth noting that the Phone 3 model was widely tipped to be announced in 2024 but the company decided to bide its time and probably add some AI functions into the device.
Flagship Time?
Nothing is ready to play in the premium table with the Phone 3 and even if the device is priced around Rs 70,000 in India, you still have to compete with some popular choices like the iPhone 16. The company’s most-expensive Phone model launched till date costs Rs 45,000 so a big Rs 40,000 jump on the price of its next flagship will need a lot of things to work out and more.
The biggest upgrade has to be in the camera department, and Nothing will have to go for the juggernaut, not only in terms of the feature but picking the best available hardware for the range.
After all, the company is calling the Nothing Phone 3 its first true flagship, now we are eager to see how this premium model looks, feels and performs for the supposed price tag. We expect the Phone 3 to be announced in the next few months, most likely by July in the market.
