OnePlus 13s India launch is confirmed and now the company has shared a new teaser which bids goodbye to the popular alert slider.

OnePlus 13s India launch will happen soon and this new feature is coming.
OnePlus has already confirmed the alert slider is going away from its upcoming models, and that seems to include the soon-to-launch OnePlus 13s model in India. The company has even shared a teaser with the new Plus Key coming to replace the popular slider mechanism that lets you quickly toggle between the ring – silent and vibrate mode on the OnePlus phone.
Apple introduced the new Action Button with the iPhone 15 Pro models earlier and it seems more brands are tapping into this new function to make their devices versatile.
OnePlus 13s Plus Key: Goodbye Alert Slider
The OnePlus 13s is launching in India soon, and the latest teaser from the brand shows us the new Plus Key, which says, one key to do them all. By that, you can change the ring settings, activate the LED torch, put it on DND mode or even activate the voice assistant like ChatGPT or Gemini.
The button/key itself is not a new concept but it seems with the rise of AI tools and other applications, OnePlus felt it can remove the physical slider (probably for a bigger battery) and offer a more modern feature.
OnePlus 13s India Launch Features And Details
The OnePlus 13s will become the third device in the OnePlus 13 series which already has the 13R in the lineup. So, what can we expect the OnePlus 13s to offer and for what price?
The good news is that OnePlus has confirmed the 13s will be a flagship phone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It will feature a 6.32-inch display which makes it the ideal compact device with powerful credentials. The OnePlus 13s is also going to launch in black and pink colour options.
Even though the company doesn’t tell us more about the OnePlus 13s specifications, the flat design and the square-ish camera module hints at a dual sensor system. We also expect the phone to pack a large battery with fast charging supported out of the box. The OnePlus 13s price in India has got many people intrigued and we are hoping to see the OnePlus phone launch for around Rs 50,000 in the market.
