The company’s newly merged FMCG segment, combining Food & Other FMCG and HPC segments, achieved sales of ₹2,914.24 crore, reflecting 34.31% sequential growth and 30.09% year-on-year growth. Shares of Patanjali Foods Ltd ended at ₹602.55, down by ₹7.25, or 1.19%, on the BSE.

Edible oil major Patanjali Foods Ltd on Friday (October 31) reported a 67.4% year-on-year jump in net profit to ₹517 crore, up from ₹309 crore in Q2FY25.

Revenue from operations increased 21% year-on-year to ₹9,344.9 crore from ₹8,101.5 crore, while EBITDA grew 19.4% to ₹552 crore, compared with ₹462 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA margin stood at 5.6%, slightly lower than 5.7% in Q2FY25.

Revenue from operations for Q2FY26 reached ₹9,798.84 crore, marking 11.78% sequential growth and 20.95% year-on-year growth. The company’s newly merged FMCG segment, combining Food & Other FMCG and HPC segments, achieved sales of ₹2,914.24 crore, reflecting 34.31% sequential growth and 30.09% year-on-year growth. The Edible Oil segment posted sequential growth of 4.33% and year-on-year growth of 17.17%.

For H1FY26, revenue from operations was ₹18,564.86 crore with total EBITDA of ₹937.50 crore and an EBITDA from operations margin of 5.05%. The FMCG segment accounted for 27.10% of revenue and 60.08% of EBITDA for H1FY26, excluding inter-segment revenue.

Patanjali Foods continued its expansion in oil palm plantations, exceeding 1 lakh hectares as of September 2025. The company spent approximately 2% of Q2FY26 revenue on advertising and sales promotions, strengthening brand visibility. Export revenues for the quarter were ₹51.69 crore, spanning 23 countries.

Revenue from the Wind Turbine Power Generation segment stood at ₹13.33 crore, with an installed capacity of 84.6 MW across 17 locations. Additionally, the company received an income tax refund of ~₹141 crore for prior years.

On the product front, festive demand boosted Dry Fruits, Spices & Condiments, contributing ₹937.68 crore in revenue. Textured Soya Products generated ₹159.42 crore, up 14.22% quarter-on-quarter.

Nutraceuticals recorded revenue of ₹13.45 crore for the quarter and ₹28.60 crore for H1FY26. Other segments reported quarterly sales as follows: Dental Care ₹395.01 crore, Skin Care ₹163.07 crore, Home Care ₹84.63 crore, Hair Care and Other Products ₹59.38 crore.

The branded edible oils segment remained the key growth driver, contributing approximately 76% of total sales. Overall, the company’s segmental sales totalled ₹6,971.64 crore for Q2FY26, up 17.17% year-on-year, with segmental EBITDA at ₹245.78 crore and margins of 3.53%.

Shares of Patanjali Foods Ltd ended at ₹602.55, down by ₹7.25, or 1.19%, on the BSE.
