PM Narendra Modi US Visit LIVE Updates: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday arrived in White House on to hold high-stakes talks with President Donald Trump.

PM Modi was hosted by the US President on Thursday in what was the first bilateral talks between the two leaders after Trump assumed office for a second term.  He is staying at the Blair House, the US presidential guest house at the heart of the American capital city.

As per the schedule, PM Modi held a meeting with US NSA Michael Waltz, Tesla CEO and DOGE head Elon Musk as well as with Vivek Ramaswamy.

As Prime Minister Modi reached Blair House, the President’s Guest House, he was accorded a rousing welcome by members of the Indian-American diaspora. Braving freezing temperatures and rain, the community members gathered at Blair House and welcomed him with slogans of ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’, ‘Vande Mataram’ and ‘Modi Modi’ as they waved the Indian and American flags.

During his two-day visit to the US, PM Modi and Trump will hold high-stakes talks and bilateral discussions in the White House. They both are expected to meet at 2.35 am (IST) and will address a press briefing at 3.40 am (IST).

Earlier on Thursday, PM Modi met with Tulsi Gabbard, US director of Intelligence, and discussed various aspects of ties between the two countries.
