Infrastructure firm PNC Infratech Ltd on Tuesday (November 12) reported a 43.6% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit at ₹83.5 crore for the second quarter that ended September 30, 2024. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, PNC Infratech posted a net profit of ₹148 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing
Revenue from operations fell 25.3% to ₹1,427 crore against ₹1,911.4 crore in the year-ago period.
At the operating level, EBITDA dipped 10.9% to ₹356.4 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal over ₹399.8 crore in Q2 of FY24.

The EBITDA margin stood at 25% in the reporting quarter against 20.9% in the prior-year period. EBITDA is earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation.
PNC Infratech's standalone revenue, EBITDA, and profit after tax (PAT) for Q2 FY25 stood at ₹1,149 crore, ₹134 crore, and ₹81 crore, respectively. For the first half of FY25, the company reported revenue of ₹2,894 crore, EBITDA of ₹727 crore, and PAT of ₹502 crore.
The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of PNC Infratech Ltd ended at ₹318.65, down by ₹2.95, or 0.92%, on the BSE.
