PTC Industries has secured an order worth over ₹100 crore from BrahMos Aerospace for titanium castings.
PTC Industries on Thursday announced that it has won an order exceeding ₹100 crore from BrahMos Aerospace for the supply of critical titanium castings used in the supersonic cruise missile programme.
The Lucknow-based company has been associated with BrahMos since 2019, providing specialised titanium components and raw materials. The latest order, the company said, marks a step up in the partnership and comes amid the government’s push for indigenisation under its Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
PTC has been supplying mission-critical parts to several defence organisations, including Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), while also exporting titanium and superalloy castings to global aerospace majors such as Safran, Dassault Aviation, BAE Systems, and Israel Aerospace Industries.
The company is also investing in a new manufacturing facility in the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor to expand its titanium and superalloy production capacity.
