Reliance Industries Q3 Results 2026 LIVE Updates: Reliance Industries on Friday (January 16) reported a consolidated net profit of ₹18,645 crore for Q3, up from ₹18,165 crore in the previous quarter and slightly higher than ₹18,540 crore in the same quarter last year.
Consolidated revenue for the quarter stood at ₹2.65 lakh crore, rising from ₹2.55 lakh crore in Q2 and ₹2.40 lakh crore in Q3 FY25. Consolidated EBITDA reached ₹46,018 crore, marginally higher than ₹45,885 crore in the previous quarter and up from ₹43,789 crore a year ago, with an EBITDA margin of 17.4% compared with 18% in Q2 and 18.3% in Q3 FY25.
Reliance’s Oil-to-Chemicals (O2C) business reported Q3 revenue of ₹1.62 lakh crore, slightly up from ₹1.61 lakh crore in the previous quarter and 8.7% higher than ₹1.49 lakh crore a year ago. EBITDA for the O2C segment rose to ₹16,507 crore from ₹15,008 crore in Q2 and ₹14,402 crore a year ago, while EBITDA margin improved to 10.2% from 9.4% in the previous quarter and 9.6% a year ago.
