What is Sainik School E-Counselling?
Sainik Schools are esteemed educational institutions known for their rigorous academics, emphasis on physical fitness, and focus on discipline and leadership qualities.
Admission to these schools is based on performance in the AISSEE, followed by an online counselling process. E-counselling allows students to express their preferences for various Sainik Schools based on their AISSEE score, seat availability, and personal choices.
Important Dates for Round-1 E-Counselling
• Registration & Choice Filling Start Date: March 15, 2024 (10:20 PM IST)
• Registration & Choice Filling Last Date: March 24, 2024 (11:00 AM IST)
Steps Involved in Sainik School E-Counselling (Round-1):
1) Registration
• Visit the official website for Sainik School e-counselling - https://pesa.ncog.gov.in/sainikschoolecounselling/landingpage
• Click on "Registration" and enter your AISSEE application number.
• You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number and email ID.
• Enter the OTP and set a strong password for your e-counselling account.
• Verify all the details displayed on the screen, including your name, date of birth, and category.

2) Choice Filling
• Once registered, log in using your application number and password.
• On the dashboard, locate the "Choice Filling" option.
• You can choose a maximum of 10 Sainik Schools from the available list.
• Prioritize your choices based on your AISSEE score, preferred location, and school reputation.
• Use the "Lock Choices" button after finalizing your preferences. Remember, locked choices cannot be changed later in Round-1.
3) Document Verification
• After the choice filling window closes, the Sainik School Society will process applications based on AISSEE scores and school preferences.
• Shortlisted candidates will be notified for online document verification.
Documents like AISSEE admit card, mark sheet, category certificate (if applicable), and domicile certificate need to be uploaded during this stage.
• Ensure all documents are scanned clearly and uploaded in the prescribed format.
4) Seat Allotment
• Based on a combination of AISSEE score, school preferences, and available seats, the Sainik School Society will announce seat allotment results.
• You can access your seat allotment details by logging into your e-counselling account.
5) Reporting at Allotted School
• If satisfied with the allotted school, candidates must report to the designated Sainik School for further admission procedures. This may involve document verification, medical examination, and fee payment.
