Sedemac Mechatronics Ltd on Friday (September 25) said it commenced limited commercial production at its new manufacturing facility in Shinde village, Khed taluka, Pune district, Maharashtra.
The facility, referred to as Manufacturing Facility 3 (MF3), is located at Village Shinde, Taluka Khed, District Pune – 410501. The company said it will progressively operationalise the remaining manufacturing processes at MF3.
SEDEMAC will provide updates on the commencement of full manufacturing operations at the facility in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Regulations and the applicable Master Circular.

Pune-based Sedemac Mechatronics is a supplier of control-intensive, critical-to-the-application electronic control units (ECUs) to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the mobility and industrial markets in India, the US, and Europe.
It develops, designs and manufactures sensor-less commutation-based integrated starter generators ECUs for two-wheeler and three-wheeler internal combustion engine-powered vehicles.
The company's customers include TVS Motor Company, Bajaj Auto, Kirloskar Oil Engines, Briggs and Stratton LLC, and DEIF India.
