Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates:After the major fall, the markets appear to be charting a path to some recovery. The Nifty is trading with a decline of close to 180 points, trading below 24,800. The Sensex is down nearly 600 points, falling below the 81,100 mark. Vodafone shares, after making major gains in the previous sessions, is currently trading with losses of 9%.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty index is trading with major losses of close to 200 points, falling below the 24,800 mark. The 50-stock index is trading dangerously close to the 20-DEMA mark of 24,737. The Sensex index, on the other hand, has fallen by over 600 points.
The Nifty Bank has fallen below the crucial 55,000 mark, falling by close to 1%. In the broader markets, the decline is even more severe, with both the Nifty Smallcap and Nifty Midcap indices trading with a decrease in value of 1%.
The Nifty Defence index and Nifty Realty are under immense pressure, trading with major cuts.
All major stocks are trading with losses; Acme Solar, Vedanta, Sai Life, Zen Tech are among the stocks that are trading with cuts.
Some of the biggest volume buzzers in today's trade include the likes of Sai Life, BLS , Karur Vyasa, LT Food among other stocks.
