Stock Market LIVE Updates: It is past noon, and the slump in the market after falling the highs has only deepened. The Nifty is now down 150 points, falling below 22,750. Eicher Motors, Bajaj Finance and Eternal are the biggest laggards, all down over 3%.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: In a day that has witnessed quite a turnaround in downturn, the Nifty has given up nearly 200 points of gains to turn red and is now below 22,900. The Sensex has given up gains and is now trading only 100 points higher.
The Biggest IPO in India's history, Jio Platforms, was subscribed in 100 minutes.
22,800 on the downside is key for the Nifty, breaking it, levels of 22,550 - 22,750 open up on the downside. Any recovery may find a hurdle at 23,000. For the Nifty Bank, the range remains between 55,000 - 56,000.
The Nifty Bank is also up, surging over 300 points, meanwhile, the Midcap index remain behind.
Result reactions also continue with Bajaj Finance, IREDA, and others reacting to their numbers. Eternal, KEI Industries, SRF, are some of the major results today.
