Despite this being a truncated week, markets remain eventful, particularly with global trade tariff developments. US President Donald Trump's reciprocal tariffs are scheduled to be implemented later today.
Analysts believe that if Trump unveils milder-than-anticipated tariffs, markets could experience a rebound, led by export-oriented sectors such as pharma, IT, among others. However, if severe tariff impositions may trigger further market deterioration, analysts believe.
BEL, Swiggy, Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors, Adani Ports, NMDC, Coal India, Jana Small Finance Bank, Pidilite Industries, Dabur India, Hindalco, Shriram Finance, SBI Cards, are among the stocks in focus today.
