Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: Taking a cue from Wall Street, the Indian markets appear to be en route to recovery. The Nifty is up over 100 points, trading around 24,600. The Nifty Bank index is up 300 points, aiming the 60,000 mark.

The Indian markets are on the rise as they look to undo the previous damage. The Nifty is up 100 points, rising towards the 24,600 mark. This comes after the index fell 2,000 points from its record high levels of 26,374.
Taking a cue from Wall Street, the Indian indices are also trading higher today.
The Sensex is also green, surging over 200 points, jumping towards the coveted 80,000 mark. The bulls would also hope that there is no further violation of Wednesday's low of 24,305.
The Nifty Midcap 100 index is outperforming the frontline indices, with an uptick of over 1%.
There have been pockets of outperformance, including defence and sugar names. Crude prices showing no signs of easing could act as a dampener even as more clarity is awaited on the war front.
