Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: After surging close to the new record high, the markets have given up their gains. The Nifty is trading around 26,300, with cuts of around 30 points. The Nifty Bank index, unlike the other two marquee indices, is trading with gains of close to 100 points. Some of the biggest losers are mostly IT stocks. Infosys, Wipro, HCLTech TCS and Tech Mahindra are trading in red.

Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: After hitting a new record high mark of 26,340, the Nifty index is moving on a cautious note, trading around the 26,330 mark.
The Nifty Bank also made a new record high in the process, surging over 450 points. That index will be in prime focus after a slew of business updates announced by lenders from Bank of Baroda to CSB Bank, PNB, and others.
The business update of India's largest private lender, HDFC Bank, is also awaited. Apart from lenders, the market will also react to business updates from retailers, including Avenue Supermarts, V2 Retail and others.
Keep an eye on Coal India ahead of the IPO of its subsidiary and ONGC, due to the Venezuela exposure. The reaction of most asset classes, including oil, to the weekend developments has been largely stable.
