Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Indian markets are on volatile terrain. The Nifty has fluctuated and is now down about 70 points, falling below the 25,900 mark. The Sensex index is down over 250 points, taking the index below to 84,600. Metal stocks continue to make gains, with Hindalco and Tata Steel among the gainers, along with the likes of Eicher Motors and Tata Motors.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty index is a volatile space, as the index is trading in a range-bound manner, shifting in and out of the 26,000 mark. The index is down close to 70 points, dragging the Nifty index below the 25,900 mark. The Sensex index is also down, falling over 300 points, stumbling to below 84,500.
The shares of Canara Robeco AMC declined by over 9%, reacting to its weak Q2 numbers.
Some of the major losers in the Nifty 500 stocks are Bata India, Supreme Industries, Tbo Tek, Birlasoft, BSE, Shipping Corp India, Brigade Enterprises among others
The pace of earnings continues today as well, with newly listed Tata Capital reporting numbers, along with Blue Dart, Cartrade Tech, CAMS, TTK Prestige, TVS Motors, Happiest Minds, CreditAccess Grameen, Adani Green, Adani Total Gas, JSPL, Premier Energies, Shree Cements and others.
