Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Indian market cannot seem to catch a break from the decline streak, as the Nifty index is down over 60 points, trading below 25,800.The Nifty bank index is looking to recover the lows, as the banking index is trading around the 59,000 mark. Sun Pharma, Mahindra & mahindra, Bajaj Auto and Eicher Motors are among the biggest losers.

Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The 50-Day Moving Average is turning out to be a key support for the Nifty. Both recent declines have seen the index take support at these levels and stage a rebound. The bulls would be hoping for a similar move this time as well. Today is also the weekly expiry of the Sensex contracts.
After a brief intraday slip below that level, the Nifty managed to close above the 50-DMA of 25,789 and also above the 25,800 mark. All of that will be put to test after the Wall Street sell-off overnight, where both the S&P 500 and Nasdaq closed below their respective 50-Day Moving Averages.
The market breadth remains a cause of concern, reflecting the stress in the broader markets. Activity continues to remain stock specific, with TCS reacting to takeaways from its analyst day and Ola Electric on further stake sale by its promoter.
Keep an eye on Asset Management, Wealth Management and broking companies today after the announcements made by SEBI with regard to expense ratios and brokerage caps.
