An enraged Elon Musk said that an unknown individual will soon be arrested for allegedly stealing and selling the personal data of four lakh individuals from the US Social Security database.

“I think someone will be arrested tomorrow," stated the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) head in a voice note shared on X by an account named DogeDesigner.

“This individual stole 400,000 Social Security numbers and personal information from the database," Musk could be heard saying in the audio clip.

Musk connected the data breach to illegal immigration and voter fraud and suggested that stolen Social Security numbers allow non-citizens to vote.

“This is a particular method of fraud for illegal immigrants and voter fraud as Social Security is the primary form of identification in the United States. Compromising this system allows non-citizens to vote," Musk explained.

The SpaceX CEO then accused Democrats of facilitating undocumented immigrants in obtaining benefits, claiming misuse of Social Security, Medicare, unemployment benefits and IRS refunds.

“Democrats have manipulated every government sector to provide financial incentives for illegal immigrants," the billionaire CEO of Tesla and X alleged.

He further claimed that disaster relief funds were also misused.

“FEMA funds, meant for aiding Americans during national disasters, were diverted to pay for luxury hotels in New York for illegal sustainers," he said. The city of New York was keeping illegal immigrants in certain hotels and also kept them in schools and other public places like disaster relief shelters, much to the anger of New Yorkers.

No law enforcement agency has commented on Musk’s claims and neither have they made any statement regarding arrest. In an episode of Joe Rogan Experience, Elon Musk told podcast host Joe Rogan that Social Security was “the biggest Ponzi scheme of all time" to podcaster Joe Rogan.

In a March address to US Congress, President Donald Trump cited “shocking levels of incompetence and probable fraud" in the Social Security system.
