Utkarsh SFB | Private lender Utkarsh Small Finance BankLtd on Tuesday (October 6) reported total disbursements of ₹3,525 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, up 54.9% from ₹2,275 crore in the year-ago period.

Godrej Consumer Products | GCPL on Tuesday inaugurated the first phase of its new manufacturing facility in Indonesia's Kendal Special Economic Zone, as part of an IDR 500 billion (around ₹250 crore) investment in the country.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone | The firm has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Paradip Mahanadi Terminal Ltd, on October 6, 2026. The subsidiary has been incorporated for the development and operations of two dry bulk berths at Paradip Port in Odisha.

Titan Company | The firm reported 22% YoY growth in its domestic business and 97% growth in international business in Q2. Consumer business grew 25%, with watch business up 30% and eye care up 28%. Emerging business rose 21%, while the jewellery business grew 21%.

Asian Paints | The firm will consider and declare an interim dividend, if any, for FY27 at a board meeting on October 29, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Gabriel India | FORVIA and ANAND Group have signed a joint venture agreement to strengthen their presence in India’s growing automotive market. The partnership will combine FORVIA’s global seating expertise with ANAND Group’s local footprint to create a platform focused on seat frames and complete seats.
