Real estate developer, Sunteck Realty Limited, on Thursday (May 29) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has been appointed to develop a residential project on a 2.5-acre land parcel located in Andheri (East), near the Western Express Highway in Mumbai.
"We write to inform you that the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has been appointed to develop the residential project on the land admeasuring approx. 2.5 acres (10,290 square meters), situated at Andheri (East), near Western Express Highway, Mumbai," according to a stock exchange filing.
The company said it expects to generate a free sale component of approximately 2,75,000 square feet from the development and redevelopment of the project.

This estimation is based on the provisions outlined in the Development Control & Promotion Regulations (DCPR) for Greater Mumbai, 2034. Sunteck did not disclose the financial details or timelines associated with the project.
Q4 numbers
For the fourth quarter, Sunteck Realty reported a 19% sequential rise in net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, aided by higher revenue and improved margins, while annual pre-sales reached a record high. The Mumbai-based firm said consolidated net profit rose to ₹50 crore in the fourth quarter, from ₹43 crore in the previous quarter.
Revenue climbed 27% quarter-on-quarter to ₹206 crore. EBITDA rose 41% sequentially to ₹69 crore, with margins improving to 33%. PAT margin stood at 24% for the March quarter.

For the full year FY25, Sunteck reported its highest recorded annual pre-sales at ₹2,531 crore, a 32% rise over the previous year. Annual revenue surged 51% to ₹853 crore, while net profit more than doubled to ₹150 crore from ₹71 crore in FY24. EBITDA for the year grew 58% to ₹186 crore.
