TVS Motors launches King Kargo HD EV, India's first Bluetooth-enabled cargo 3-wheeler — price, details here

TVS Motors unveiled an electric cargo three-wheeler cargo vehicle, TVS King Kargo HD EV, priced at ₹3.86 lakh, on Thursday, August 21. It is India’s first Bluetooth-enabled cargo three-wheeler.

In its first phase, the King Kargo HD EV will be available in Delhi NCR,  Rajasthan and Bengaluru, as per a report in India Today. 

The vehicle is 1530mm wide, 2310 mm high, and 3565 mm long. TVS Motors claims that the vehicle has the highest loading capacity in the segment.

Available in two colours, Pristine White and Neptune Blue, the vehicle has four variants: Fixed Side Deck (FSD), PF Platform, CBC-Cab Chassis, and Container.

Rajat Gupta, Business Head - Commercial Mobility, TVS Motor Company, said the launch represents a transformative moment in the evolution of cargo mobility.

"This three-wheeler will set new benchmarks by delivering an unmatched combination of smart features, high load capability, comfort, ergonomics and safety. Coupled with the TVS Connect Fleet, the vehicle will empower businesses and also improve the everyday life of operators," he said during the launch event in Delhi.

Powered by an 8.9kWh battery pack, the vehicle can deliver a range of up to 156 km on a single charge.

The vehicle also comes equipped with LED headlamps and tail lamps for enhanced visibility, a roomy cabin with rolling windows, premium door trims, and a dedicated Power Gear Mode that delivers superior torque for heavy-duty performance.

The shares of TVS Motors ended 1.52% higher at ₹3,279.85 apiece on the BSE today (August 21).
