The Ukrainian and Russian delegates began the second round of peace talks in Istanbul on Monday, with Kyiv aiming to discuss a ceasefire and an all-for-all prisoner exchange.
It comes just days after Kyiv launched a surprise attack on four Russian airbases located thousands of kilometres from the Ukrainian border, using high-end drones. It was called one of the largest operations to date.
