The footage allegedly showed armed miscreants attacking the driver of the aid truck, moving him to the road’s median, and stealing both the vehicle and its cargo.

The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) released drone footage of what it claimed as suspected Hamas operatives looting a humanitarian aid truck in southern Gaza.
The incident reportedly took place on October 31 near northern Khan Younis, when the US-led Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC), based in Kiryat Gat in southern Israel, saw the attack through live video from an American MQ-9 surveillance drone. The drone was monitoring the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas at the time.
“The US-led Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) observed suspected Hamas operatives looting an aid truck travelling as part of a humanitarian convoy delivering needed assistance from international partners to Gazans in northern Khan Younis," CENTCOM said while sharing the video on X.

“Operatives attacked the driver and stole the aid and truck after moving the driver to the road’s median. The driver’s current status is unknown," CENTCOM said.

The centre, established under US leadership that coordinates humanitarian, logistical, and security assistance into Gaza and assists in postwar stabilisation efforts, said that over 600 trucks of aid and commercial goods have been entering Gaza daily in recent days, and this incident “undermines these efforts."
About 200 American military personnel have been deployed to operate the facility, which also includes troops from several allied nations.
Earlier today, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio accused Hamas of blocking vital relief efforts in Gaza, saying the group is stealing humanitarian supplies meant for civilians.
“Hamas continues to deprive the people of Gaza of the humanitarian aid they desperately need. This theft undermines international efforts in support of President Trump’s 20 Point Plan to deliver critical assistance to innocent civilians," Rubio said in a post on X.

He added that “Hamas is the impediment. They must lay down their arms and stop their looting so that Gaza can have a brighter future."
Israel has also accused Hamas of stealing supplies from aid deliveries managed by the UN and other international organisations.
The United Nations has reported a significant decline in the looting of aid shipments since the ceasefire began, with just 5% of supplies intercepted between October 10 and 28, compared to more than 80% earlier in the year.
The ceasefire between Israel and Hamas was brokered by the United States and based on US President Donald Trump’s 20-Point Gaza Peace Plan. The truce, which began on October 10, aimed to end hostilities after more than two years of war, facilitate the release of hostages, and open humanitarian corridors into Gaza.
Israel has accused Hamas of violating the ceasefire and launched airstrikes in Gaza after the ceasefire was in place, Reuters reported. Hamas has denied the claim, citing “cut-off communications" with its operatives in zones under Israeli control.
