The Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped 1,160 points, or 2.8%, maintaining strong momentum throughout the session. The S&P 500 climbed 3.26%, lifting its gains since the April intraday low, reached during peak tariff concerns, to over 20%. The index has now trimmed its year-to-date losses to just 0.6%. The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite soared 4.35%, boosted by gains in China-linked stocks like Tesla and Apple. It marked the strongest day for all three major indexes since April 9.
