The ruling can now be appealed by the Trump administration in the Federal court. The Dow futures are up 470 points, while the S&P 500 and Nasdaq futures are up 85 points and 350 points respectively. The futures also received a boost from Nvidia's results, that surpassed expectations for the quarter gone by and met expectations for the ongoing quarter despite the export curbs to China. The stock rose 5% in extended trading. Fed officials justified their wait-and-watch approach to determining the interest rate path forward, according to the minutes of the recently concluded FOMC meeting. They also noted that unemployment and inflation have risen since the March meeting. Gold prices have seen further losses after the surge in futures.
