Bank of America posted better-than-expected Q2 earnings, boosting its stock by more than 1%. However, the bank’s net interest income came in below analyst estimates. Investors are also awaiting results from Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, both slated to report later in the morning. Attention now turns to the June producer price index (PPI), due at 8:30 a.m. ET. Economists surveyed by Dow Jones anticipate a 0.2% month-over-month increase.
